Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from OLD GENE. If something doesn’t work out, don’t worry we’ve made it easy for you.

How It Works

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all tags and original packaging.

Exchanges

  • Size Issues? No problem! You can exchange your item for a different size of the same product (if available).

  • If you receive something damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours with photos, and videos of unboxing we’ll fix it right away.

  • Each order is eligible for only one free exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we check the returned item.

  • Refunds will be given as store credit or gift card on Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders.

  • If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued (for eligibility criteria read How It Works).

  • Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • We usually provide a reverse pickup service for returns/exchanges.

  • In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.
